Cansu Kanışkan, founder and creative director of CANSU XI, draws inspiration from art, interior architecture, sculptural forms, modernist design movements, and the cultural harmony of the regions she has traveled and lived in.
Her vision is to create pieces that feel adaptable, sustainable, ethically made, and long-lasting, a thoughtful balance of form, craft and timeless wearability.

After completing her fashion studies in Milan and gaining experience across various European fashion houses, Cansu moved to Paris to pursue a larger creative life. She collaborated with several brands, deepened her practice, and finally built her own label - fulfilling a dream she has carried since the beginning of her creative journey.

As a young woman who left her hometown at seventeen, Cansu’s life has always been defined by movement:
different cities, different cultures, different worlds.
This rhythm shaped her design philosophy: freedom, fluidity, and a quiet refusal of boundaries.
