WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

HOW SHOULD I WASH CANSUXI CLOTHES?

Since we are using delicate natural fabrics, all of our clothes need special care. Read the washing instructions below per fabric.

For our clothes contains silk, cupro or viscose: 

  • Hand wash
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Iron low heat - max 110°C
  • Dry flat
  • Do not wring
  • Dry clean, any solvent except trichloroethylene, delicate

For our clothes contains linen:

  • Wash at or below 40 degrees
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not bleach
  • Iron low heat - max 110°C
  • Dry clean, any solvent except trichloroethylene

DO THE JEWELRY TARNISH?

For silver jewelry, there are a few ways you can significantly delay the formation of tarnish. The best way is to wear your sterling silver jewelry frequently. The oils in your skin will "clean" the sterling silver every time you wear a piece. In addition to that you’ll be able to restore tarnished jewelry simply by soaking it for two to three hours in a mixture of vinegar, water and baking soda.

For gold plated jewelry, on average, gold plated jewelry can last years before the gold plating begins to tarnish and wear down. However, the length of time can be much shorter or longer depending on whether or not you decide to properly maintain your jewelry collection. In order to keep your gold plated jewelry in good health, – When not using your gold plated jewelry, put it in its box which we send it to you with the jewelry in or keep it in a plastic bag remove the excess air by squeezing it, and seal it. The lack of oxygen in the bag will help keep the gold plated jewelry bright and shiny. Put only one piece of jewelry per plastic bag to avoid scratching.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and all other major credit cards, via the IYZICO checkout gateway. Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with credit card payments from Turkey. Please contact us for other payment methods.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at hello@cansuxi.com so we can review the matter. See our Return and Exchange Policy page for more information.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?

Since our company adopts unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you receive is under the guarantee of our company. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party. See our Privacy Policy page for more information.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Once orders are placed they are sent through the warehouse for packing, and once an order reaches the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. 

If you would like to cancel your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the item/s have been received. Cansuxi cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
