How much is cargo charges?

Domestic shipments are free of charge. International shipments:

Cansuxi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Which cargo company shall be used for my order?

Cansuxi ships worldwide using DHL Express delivery and Yurtiçi Kargo for local delivery.

Shipment date?

Orders are shipped from cansuxi.com in Turkey between Monday and Friday from 9:00 am – 13:00 pm (EET). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. Cansuxi shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Cansuxi.

When can I receive my order?

Your orders shall be delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 workdays and shall reach you within 1 to 5 days on average. Since our estimated delivery period is calculated over business days, weekends and official holidays are not included in the indicated period. Between these periods, your orders are delivered to the cargo company on the first business day.

How can I follow up on my order?

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. We provide tracking numbers contained within the shipment notification email when your order leaves our fulfillment center and maintain a tracking number for each delivery. What should I do if my order is delivered while I am out?

If you are not at the given address, then your order shall be delivered to the nearest DHL office and an information note will be left for you. You are required to receive your package from the indicated branch within 3 days. Otherwise, your order shall be returned to Cansuxi. If you desire your order to be reshipped, then the cargo charges shall be demanded again and your order shall be reshipped to you as cash on delivery.
